ApplPay provides construction project payment tracking services, including but not limited to: valuation tracking, payment management, retention calculations, and reporting tools for construction projects.
3. User Accounts and Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at ApplPay Limited discretion
- ApplPay Limited reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ApplPay Limited is not liable for any errors, losses, or damages resulting from inaccurate data entry or use of the Service. ApplPay Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. ApplPay Limited's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Data Ownership and Responsibility
You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide.
8. Service Modifications and Termination
ApplPay Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. ApplPay Limited may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
